    Research shows that changing lifestyles, through improving our eating and increasing our movement can have great impact on health. From preventing chronic disease and even reversing chronic disease like type 2 diabetes.

  • The first step of your SehatSpark journey is a discovery call and it’s completely free.

    Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email to complete a simple online health questionnaire at your convenience. Afterward, a one-on-one call will be scheduled to review your results together and explore your unique goals.

    During this call, we’ll discuss where you are now, where you want to be, and collaboratively design a personalised plan tailored just for you.

    Following this, you’ll receive a clear proposal and pricing tailored to your needs. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll begin Step 2 of your transformative journey.

  • The SehatSpark journey is evidence based. It’s underpinned by health psychology and proven behaviour change techniques.

    Health Psychology is about unlocking the power of the brain to make better choices and habits for our physical health.

    The focus is on helping you build routines and mindsets that support your overall physical health.

  • We explore the daily habits, beliefs, and lifestyle patterns that influence your eating, like emotional triggers, or chaotic schedules, and help build routines that support nourishing choices and long-term consistency. You will be guided to feel more in control, confident, and connected to the way you fuel your body.

    Whereas, a nutritionist or dietician role may prescribe meal plans or diets, diagnose food intolerances and treat dietary/medical conditions through food.

    My role is to help equip you with the tools to make healthier choices, such as making healthier food at home, rather than reaching for a takeaway!

  • We explore how to build a daily routines around movement, not by telling you how to work out, but by supporting the behaviours that make moving more feel easier and more sustainable.

    Whereas a PT or Fitness coach might write workout programs, push specific routines, or teach you exercises. They may also provide athletic training or recovery advice.

    My role is to help you increase your daily movement and stick to it… even if it just walking an extra 15 minutes a day!
