I’m Imanjit Kaur, the founder of SehatSpark, supporting South Asians to build healthier habits around eating, movement, and stress.

With a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Work Psychology, and soon to be qualified with an MSc in Health Psychology, I bring both academic expertise and practical insight into what truly helps people make sustainable change.

South Asians are at greater risk of chronic health conditions like diabetes and heart disease, yet much of the support available doesn’t reflect our cultural realities or daily routines.

SehatSpark offers a different approach. Combining evidence-based behaviour change techniques with a deep understanding of South Asian lifestyles, we help you make meaningful changes that fit into your life.
